How Long Have We Been In Business?

DG Staircases has operated throughout the New Rossington area since 2012, providing both commercial and domestic clients with bespoke staircase designs, installations, renovations and a host of other staircase related services.

Starting out with just one van, we now have teams scattered across the entire country, ensuring we can deal with any lead that comes through.

Since day 1, we've strived to ensure we put customers first, which we believe has helped us stand the test of time and develop into the outfit we are today.

Our Material Range

Here at DG Staircases, we're able to design and fit almost any staircase type imaginable.

Over the years, our team has received a plethora of requests from clients, some traditional, some not.

We aim to cater for all of our clients if possible, but in the meantime, here are the main types of staircases we offer throughout New Rossington:

Oak Staircases

Oak staircases are one of our more popular requests we get due to their popularity, often the go to choice for many in domestic properties.

Oak is a popular choice for staircases throughout the country because of it's durability, aesthetic value and ease of maintenance.

These staircases offer a certain elegance that's difficult to replicate with other staircase materials, making them a great all-rounder an an excellent investment for any home.

Metal Staircases

Being the strongest of the staircase materials, metal staircases provide unparalleled durability and longevity relative to other staircase specifications.

This material type is ideal for both commercial and domestic applications, ensuring the area remains modern whilst not requiring the same level of upkeep as traditional staircases.

Of course, metal staircases also have particularly good weather resistance compared to wood specifications too, making metal staircases a brilliant choice as an outdoor application too.

In fact, almost all of our outdoor staircases we install end up being metal. If you're interested, feel free to get in touch with us to learn more about how we can help.

Glass Staircases

Another option for staircase material is glass. This application helps a space feel brighter, more open and generally more open, making it a popular choice for those with modern homes and facilities.

Our glass staircases are particularly durable, and can be paired with both wood or metal should you be interested in a hybrid system for your stairs.

Another benefit to glass staircases is how easy they are to clean. Dust does not get trapped in these applications in the same way it can with wooden staircases for example, making it easier to keep sparkly clean.

The Staircase Installation Process

At DG Staircases, our main mission is to ensure that the staircase installation process, from start to finish, is as simple as possible for our clientele.

We understand that the process of having a new staircase fitted in New Rossington can feel daunting, but rest assured, our team is here to make the entire thing seamless.

Our process is as follows:

Step 1: Assessment

Firstly, a member of our team will carry out an on-site survey at your property in New Rossington to assess exact measurements, any structural considerations and weigh up the exact costs of the desired specification prior to doing any work.

This enables the customer to have a clear understanding of the work we'll be carrying out, the timescale, and if any modifications or changes need to be done to the property.

Step 2: Preparation

Our team will then prepare your entire area ready for installation. This involves protecting key areas of the building with barriers, dust sheets and more to ensure the area is fully safe during the install.

This step is crucial and often overlooked by less reputable installers, leading to frustrating scuffs, dents and sometimes worse in and around the staircase itself.

We pride ourselves on making certain that the area is safely prepared prior to any works are carried out, making sure your area is unaffected during the fitment of the staircase.

Step 3: Installation

The third and final step is the installation itself.

This typically takes around 2-7 days for us to carry out depending on the specification of the staircase, the location and other factors.

We ensure the area is completely spotless post install, and encourage our customers to thoroughly inspect the staircase prior to us leaving to ensure they're fully happy with the final results.

How Much is a New Staircase?

A new staircase is typically in the region of £2,000 to £12,000, but this figure can depend massively on the type of staircase fitted, the material chosen, the size of the area and more.

Whilst staircases are an expense upfront, they add significant value to a property, particularly in certain specifications.
